DIY backside

Post by Nightingale »

I have made a woman-backside from clay. I would like to make a mold and cast one from some soft material.

1. How and what material can be used to make the mold? I want it to be good enough to make multiple casts.
2. What material can be used for the cast? Is there any cheaper material then silicone that can be for DIY, like TPE?

My thought is that I will cast it with a vaginal cavity and the glue in the pussy-lips. The lips I first made from clay and then made a silicone mold from that. Those lips I have now are made from silicone but I guess that I can make new ones from other material aswell.

I was trying with a layer of silicone first on top of the clay and then a layer of fibreglass on top of the silicone. I was thinking that it is worth a try because even if it fails I am quite sure that the clay-model will not be destroyed from it so I can try again with something else.

The mold looked fine so I was casting one with silicone.

This was a nice experience, I was never working with clay and casting like this but it was working fine :D I will make more stuff with this method, probably not this kind of stuff but more artistic projects. There are already so much sextoys available and I am not even sure why I made this one as my first project :?:

Sorry I missed this thread.
Very nice work!!

I would use silicone for the mold w/a fiberglass mother mold as it appears you did.
A direct pour fiberglass mold best for mass production though.

Silicone IS the DIY medium. TPE is dangerous and really best left for a factory production.

To reduce the amount of silicone in the final product, maybe you could have use a firm foam core.
Cost saving designs more important for mass production.
Silicone Gel would be nice, but does not reduce the cost I believe.
Going downtown. Gonna see my gal. Gonna sing her a song. I'm gonna show her my ding dong! C&C
