I wouldn't call my self an inventor but I think I did a decent job at figuring out how to give my Una 100cm big booty doll two breasts enlargements. I made two T cuts through her back and went into her breast pocket. I used 1/2" black sprinkler pipe to put the cotton balls in. I used 400 cotton balls in each breasts for her first enlargement and then added another 400 for a total of 800 cotton balls per breasts. She gained 2" in girth and length after each enlargement. She is at 28" in girth and 16" in length at this point. I'm not sure if ill go larger since I don't want to have her breasts rupture or split. I hope you all like the pictures and her progress.

Una from the factory. She already had large breasts but I wanted to go larger. Ive been a fan of Chelsea Charms for years and I wanted my doll to be as close to her size as possible.

Una after her first enlargement. She was at 26" in girth and 14" inches in length at this point.

What I like so much about this process is that whereas compressed air runs the risk of stressing the thinnest areas of TPE skin, and the "slime" breast enlargements attemped a while back by some folks was messy (and potentially damaging to a doll), cotton balls increase the size evenly. They're also very light. Really ingenious work.

Here are a couple of Una now at 800 cotton balls per breasts. She now goes by CC since she's received her second breasts enlargement and is now closer to Chelsea Charms' size as possible.

Thanks CF, there might be better options out there but I went with what I thought was most cost effective and less likely to damage the doll and I think cotton fits that part best.

nice job not for faint heart I would be scared have over 1000 invested in a doll and have boobs go nuclear i have been dreaming of trying this with air pump on the new 170 m-cup with the hollow boob option

Id think twice with trying it on a more expensive doll but CC was around $700 which is still alot of money but to me the risk was worth the reward. Ive been thinking of getting a WM 150 so i could do the same procedure on her but storage and weight would be an issue for me, im a young guy but even CC at almost 90lbs is heavy and awkward to move around. The air pump would work but you have to worry about the air leaking out, i tried it with mine and it didnt stay in her breast pocket for long which is why i went with cotton instead. Their might be a way to go through her back and fill her up with air but the issue is always going to be on how to keep the air from leaking out. Necessity is the mother of invention so im all for trying it and going for it. If you try it I hope you acheive your goal for larger breasts.
