Can I lighten TPE with bleach? (Fade tan to lighter skin)

Oil paint will simply destroy the TPE down the road, do not try to use it. The reason is because oil paint use material that will break down TPE. You can check out Indigo20 post for more detail about TPE doll and you will understand why oil paint is not a good idea for TPE doll.
If you don't like the skin color, probably best thing to do is sell your current one and order another one.

Yeah, just being rational here

Anyway, one of my temporary way to lighten the skin color by using titanium dioxide mix with baby oil during maintenance. I used that to lighten some body part before and work well with one of the 6YE TPE doll. However, how much it will lighten depends the TPE blend and skin color. I don't own any WM doll so I couldn't comment on it. Also, my doll skin color are not as dark as your, so I do not know how well it will work with such dark skin doll.

did you find a solution to lighten the tpe ?

same problem here, for whatever reason there was no tan skin tone for my doll,
result I have the black tone and no more way to go back...
