TPR Maintenance
TPR Maintenance
I noticed this different material and was wondering if anyone has knowledge? Sorry I didn't find a post so I made one.
Questions:
Can I use Nivea creme/Baby Oil/Corn Starch? Or what should be used?
Anything to avoid?
Or is the Maintenance pretty much the same thing as TPE?
Thanks in advance!
Re: TPR Maintenance
Similar materials but not exactly the same. Maintenance is the same. Sure!! Either one would not stand up to anything harsh.Gozero wrote:NOTE: TPR NOT TPE!

Re: TPR Maintenance
Fleshlights are TPR and they recommend only washing and an occasional powder.Gozero wrote:NOTE: TPR NOT TPE!

In fact I don't believe any TPE doll manufacturers recommend oil massages, that seems to be a TDF home concocted idea to prolong the life of TPE but I could be wrong.
TPR fleshlight seems to be their own patented blend but I'm not sure there is a big difference between TPE and TPR.
One is Thermoplastic Rubber and one is Thermoplastic Elastomer ...
Both stretchy plastic products! Manufacturers are reluctant to release material data sheets on either yet that I have seen...

Re: TPR Maintenance
As for tpr, what i found was just clean it and dry it after each use and the occasinal powder should see a few years out of it.

Oil is just for replenishing the oils lost in the material. If most oils are lost, material will dry up crack.Gozero wrote:So would baby oil harm it?
A tiny bit goes a long way as far as mineral oils.
TPR TPE, it's all still plastic bro!! Plastic does dry up, get brittle and disintegrate someday right?
If she is new, just lightly vaseline in and around her lady parts. Rest should be fine for a while. IMHO
