If she's lay down in your bed I think it's ok. But best is as soft as possible like those blanket the doll came with. I got a yl doll and after I washed the blanket I use that so she can lay on it.
The material is very soft and won't leave marks or by the dolls weight no pressure marks from the sheets. If you let her sleep in your bed be sure your sheets don't leave stain on her skin.

So I was wondering what would be the best way to clean her dirty mouth?
Since she takes it in the mouth but does not swallow ;)

For now I've just been using water to run the mouth through, and then trying to dry it with some cloth...really a hassle, and not really effective. Any ideas / tips !?

I just use a damp facecloth, poke it in twist it around. Rinse and repeat. That seems to work for me.

as i have worked in age care moving infirm people one device that could be useful to save you back when moving a doll around when there laying down would be a slide sheet. used them all the time and they were highly effective. havent got a doll yet so i havent had a chance to try it but a dolls weight is an issue that is always being mentioned and i couldnt find anyone else mentioning these. a short you tube video of there use below

I do this too.
If there is a tongue present, I will remove it first
After that I use a hair blower
But after that I use a tampon for several hours.
Finally, I disinfect with alcohol and let it air dry.

This might have been asked several times, but is it ok to wash your doll with soap and what kind of towel is suitable for dying?

How one fixes the minor damages on the skin, not cuts but small abrasions, can you just polish those away using fine abrassive paper or something similar?

That is a great idea to use a tampon! Does the alcohol not adversely affect the TPE or Silicone?

Not that I experience, but I use it only for two months.
I have forgotten a thing to mention, or did I change it later, I do not know anymore.
- I use a toothbrush to handle well everywhere, 1 toothbrush for the mouth and another toothbrush for the other holes.
- Also hereafter I use a tampon for several hours and let it air dry after that.

On previous posts I've read vaseline is a good Lube for tpe. Why do you say not to use as lube.
Vaseline does not dry up
It warms up after time and feels natural best lube iv used
It also replenishes the mineral oils
And mold cannot grow on Vaseline unlike water base lubs
Also makes clean up very easy your killing two bird with one stone.
Sounds like it's good to use to me
