A cart with wheels on it take to basement or garage use a hose and a bucket of hot water with dish washing soap. The big booty dolls are so hard to move with the cart it's easy but putting into a shower to much. I have to use a snow sled to move from steps and that's no to bad.

You NEVER use vaseline with a silicone doll, ever. 8O
Its fine for TPE, but not silicone.
It basically rots the silicone. Vaseline is a petroleum product. No petro based products are ok for silicone.

There was a member here awhile back who thought it was ok and he totally ruined his doll. Nasty stuff.

I actually read that Vaseline is used often on the TPE dolls. Not sure on silicone that I have no idea what is used.

Great thread! Its certainly given me some useful tips.

Just one other question: I've read on a few threads that its good practice to use baby oil on TPE dolls, once in a while, to help keep it in good condition.

Is there a similar treatment for silicone...or is just washing and powdering all you need?

Silicone...TPE...its all good...

No treatment needed that I know of. I just occasionally as needed gently wipe my girl with disinfectant wipes, keep her powdered, and keep her lady parts clean after we make love. That's it!

I was wondering about disinfectant wipes on a doll. Was thinking the bleach would somehow affect the materials. Good to hear this is an option.

This. Auto has the right of it. Silicone requires very little care.

Ooo, hadn't realized they had bleach in them, but looking at the label I see that you are correct. I may try to find some without bleach next time, but I wipe very gently and only as needed. I have not noticed any problems after 20 months of this practice.

I tried olive oil on my doll for cleaning. It works very well and keeps the skin soft.

Not sure if this thread is dead, but I'm a new owner of a 176cm doll. I ended up treating it like and investment and purchased a industrial hanging rack, small pool bucket (for small dogs) to catch water, and a few other things that were mentioned here. I also don't think putting the doll in a full bath or shower is a good idea but I guess that depends on everyone's bathroom setup.

Also, does anyone use Vaseline for the creasing of the dolls? Like groin, armpit areas, things like that? And if so, should you apply before or after cornstarch/baby powder?
