Hi there! Bryan the figureman here!

Have you ever broken a doll? As you can imagine, its not fun. I was posing Tifa, my Dagmar doll i purchased from beautiful dolls, to stand like the character in the illustration. I was trying to put her hand on her hip by swiveling the elbow....snap! which these dolls dont do.

The arm now hangs limp at her side. Its still attached inside but will not hold a pose at all.

As you can well imagine i have no idea whats inside and even if i can fix it. Id hate to cut her open only to find out i cant fix it. Help!

Anyone run into this? Any clue if its fixable?

Breaking your doll is never fun. Sorry for your loss. I snapped one of my Dolls in half during sex, so I feel your pain.

Good news everyone!

Bryan the figure man here! For all who are interested, i balls up and decided to perform surgery on Tifa's arm.

It was a success! The shoulder is a ball that as 2 plates bolted in front of and behind it. The bolts hold the plates tight and allow for the swiveling at the shoulder. The bolts were simply popped free and needed to be re-tightened.
