now i dit make a new core on my lathe whit a hole in the middle where the heating capsule ant the temperature sensor if going.
i dit use the same heating capsule as they use on 3d printers a 300w led power supply and a rex-c100fk02 temperature regulator.
the melts at 150 dergee C i dit only use 130C and seems to work fine.
as soon as it dit hit the 130C i dit turn off the heating and let it cool down before pulling the core out.
the first result is really good on my opinion the core i dit made a little bit bigger so she wont rip any more
