The finger wire issue that I had heard about was from a different factory altogether so it's not at all unique to YL.

It's really great that Eric's turned up trumps and so sorry to hear of a vendor who's apparently been less than forthcoming.

At the end of the day, whether it be vendor or manufacturer this demonstrates the importance of sticking to TDF accredited suppliers.

hello, if I'm not mistaken, we dicussed with YL 2 weeks ago and already came up with 2 solutions in consideration of the fact that customer has already used the doll before coming to us - 1) we assist to sell the used doll and send a replacement or 2) a free extra head. We informed the customer about these 2 solutions quite few days ago, customer chose option 2
