Long time doll owner PBShelley passed away yesterday (as I write this). The main topic is on ourdollcommunity dot com (ODC).
He was one of the pioneer Realdoll owners. Still Lovers, the first (and I think still the only) 'coffee table' photo book about the big dolls, contains photos of PBS and his doll, along with the other early doll owners and one of the founders of this forum (Jerry).
PBS got me interested in Anime; Chobits and Elfen Lied, at least. Not many people have ever succeeded in showing me something new and good like that.
His dolls are being looked after by another member of ODC.

Never heard of him until now. RIP all the same. Whether he believed in heaven or dirt and dust, may he rest well and be free from pain.

May I ask how old he was? Is his family discovering his dolls for the first time?

I never had the pleasure of meeting him as I am new to the doll community.

I have taken many things from his posts here.. his influence will live on in the doll world.

OMG!!!
I am so sorry to hear this, he IS a great guy.
I have e-mailed with him and PMed him here for ages.
I have the coffee table book, 'Still Lovers'
I wonder what will happen to Lily Goodwin his Muse?
What did he die of?
Sorry but these are just thoughts going through my mind just now,...
I hope he is resting peacefully as he IS one of the greats.
