Mustaches and TPE
I ordered my first TPE doll ever from SRSD and I'm planning on customizing him when he gets here. I already ordered him a special wig and I'm totally stoked.
So, I want to give him a little realistic strip mustache, just a thin, dark one. What's the best way to do this, and will it be removable from the TPE?
Is there any particular make-up brand you recommend for it, and any particular product for getting it off if I want to?
Thanks,
CyberCrush

Have you tried this for long periods?Mr Franz wrote:Never tried it with a stache, but for attaching fake mohair pubes ordinary white glue like Elmer's sticks great to TPE, dries clear and comes right off with warm water. I'd imagine it'd work for facial hair too.

My Jyoti's homemade pube patch has been in place for over a month now. She's had one sponge bath in that time, being careful not to saturate the area and it's just starting to lift slightly. Nowhere near the point of coming off though. However, all it would take to remove is some patience and warm water applied with a Q-Tip. Tried it out on a test piece beforehand with no glue residue or ill effects of any kind.swivelthumb wrote:Have you tried this for long periods?Mr Franz wrote:Never tried it with a stache, but for attaching fake mohair pubes ordinary white glue like Elmer's sticks great to TPE, dries clear and comes right off with warm water. I plan to do a tutorial as soon as I get a chance. Meanwhile, here's a quick peak.
