I can totally relate and understand your frustation.

Regarding the sewing:
Try looking up guides on youtube. This video shows the same method I used myself (Also by hand): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atZJgj5 ... IY%26Style
I'm not an expert by any means, only a beginner/novice at best, so I would consider this possible for anyone. Best advice I can give for this: Take it slow and undo your work, if you don't think it is good enough and start over.

I could try making a more detailed guide regarding the modification, if it would be of any help.

You are so kind! Thanks!!! Your advice is very valuable and I think I will have to follow your path in regards to doll breasts.
I chose a different model (with larger breasts), and there is hope that this breast is softer, but this hope is not great. I put my eye on this model:

You can only custom make 28Q. The only shop which can offer you something close is

28Q (28L U.K. size) is hard to come by and/or expensive. Ewa Michalak, Nessa and Comexim all offer bras with low band big cup but it comes at a price.
I’ve got a huge boobed gal, not a fabric gal, but huge boobs are huge boobs right?
Try coming up a band size to a more common and available size…try a sister size.
A sister size is alternative bra sizes to what a human gal would normally wear. Plus or minus the band or cup size she usually wears. A lot of women when ordering online will order a few different sizes, their normal and some sister sizes just in case there’s fit variation compared to there last buy, or if they think they’ve lost/gained weight…my wife’s usually the latter lol.

If you go U.K. size 28KK/30KK/32K you might, after adjusting the hook and eye clasp at the back and the shoulder straps, get the fit you require.
Elomi in particular offer huge full cup bras from a 32 band up with lovely satiny cups (the Cate or Caitlyn)
Panache start at 28 offering up to KK U.K. size and bravissimo go up to U.K. L cup. If I were you I’d try and source a bravissimo full cup U.K. bra size 30/32 KK/L with elasticated upper cups so they mould around your gals wonderful boobies.
