The Neck Joint Has Been Greatly Improved

In response to the recent problem of broken EXP neck joint skeleton, after our rigorous analysis and research, we have improved it by the following two measures:

1. We have increased the diameter of the existing neck ball joint and adopted the one-piece molding method at the joint, thus effectively preventing the breakage problem.
2. We will continue to use wooden boards to fix the doll's packaging, which can effectively prevent the doll from moving during transportation. Thus, the neck twisting, the soles of the feet bumping, the body bumping and other problems can be greatly avoided.

On July 21st, I placed an order for a Zelex ZE-170/C body style with an EXP skeleton and hands from the Inspiration series, along with the GE95-2 (Movable Jaw) and GE100 heads.
Today, I received the photos of my order that I placed on www.lamuñecadeplata.com which is the Spanish website of www.thesilverdoll.com.
My question and fear are as follows:
Since when has this change been implemented?
Will my new doll have the new ball-joint neck articulation, adopting the one-piece molding method at the joint, or, unfortunately, is it too late for that?

Zelex might be the best customer service I know.
Zelex's customer service is truly outstanding. I recently encountered an issue with my doll as its leg and shoulder were faded, even though I hadn't purchased it directly from Zelex, I'm buying that from another vendor. When I reached out to them about buying a repair kit, they surprised me by offering to send it to me for free and even provided detailed guidance on how to repair the skin. It's rare to find brands that go above and beyond like this!
