Is extra soft option unnecessary if I don't want jelly breasts?

The extra soft option videos I've seen show the breasts being very jiggly, which I don't care for since I would get a medium sized breast and it seems the default softness is good enough for the breasts.

Are there other reasons to get the extra soft option aside from the breasts? For the butt, I am told the extra soft option is not enough for the butt and you'd still have to get the gel insert for the butt.

For the other parts of the body that should be squeezable soft (waste, thighs), is default softness good enough for that? If not, does extra soft make a difference in those areas?

Its been said in other threads that the default softness is a bit hard for some, especially for sex.

I have both, and I'll tell you this. Extra soft is wonderful if your going to cuddle her often, kisses feel lovely as the silicone gives with just the (in my opinion) perfect amount of firmness BUT, the doll is considerably more fragile and feels "looser" In bed but softer on your manhood. The opposite is true for default. Kissing is still nice but a lot stiffer, like kissing a woman made of muscle that's constantly flexing. At the same time however, the doll is much more solid and "tighter" In bed while you can feel every last part of the texture.
