Which one has good quality and the most realistic anatomy?

I haven't seen a transparent doll with realistic hands and feet yet. Still waiting for Diaoshi to manufacture one as they are the most likely company to do it.

They're about as realistic as you can get for a blowup. I had a transparent one back in the day and these aren't much worse. As for actually realistic, you'll need to wait for transparent TPE or Silicone to be a thing.
