I am close to buying one from an in-stock inventory from one of the TDF vendors. This doll has hollow breasts in the instock examples. A few other instock dolls look nice but all have solid breasts, and I am really looking for more softness there.
What type breasts is your doll? How do they hang when standing upright, and how do they lay when laying back? It appears from few pictures that they flatten a bit (realistically) when laying back, which to me is a good thing. I found only one unboxing video online and the guy never really moves her around so it was hard to see.
How well do the breasts push together to make cleavage? Is it a reasonable force, or do you really have to force them together? I previously had a doll with DD solids and it took some force to do that.
I love your pictures show some definition in the abdomen, I never noticed that!
Thanks for the positive comments. The breasts on doll are hollow. I prefer hollow because these are easy to inflate using the syringe method to get even larger breasts. The material is very thick so they still fall a bit when vertical. I would say they are most similar to artificial breasts regarding how the react to gravity. yes the abdomen has great definition. This doll is also on the lighter side and a bit smaller, while still having a great figure, which were important factors to me.

About cleavage, it’s possible if you buy the correct size of bra or top. She has a big bust size for the waist size, so it’s a little more difficult to choose the perfect top at the beginning.
About the movement, it’s not too heavy (around 34kg) and the body skeleton is quite rigid so can be moved or posed without too much problem.
About the flatness, yes, when sit the body gets deformed a bit, but it goes to the original form. About standing, I never tried. My doll always wear socks and change position every one or two days for avoid body problems.
I just received my 154 Plus from YourDoll, and she is fantastic! I also got a different head from another manufacturer because I just like that other head.
The 154+ is absolutely fantastic. I agree on everything you wrote above. I especially like that the doll has some fantastic curves but is still not too heavy. 73 lbs is heavy, but not too heavy. I was looking at other dolls around 85-87 lbs and I'm so glad I did NOT get one of those!
The breast form is really nice. I see how they are shaped slightly flat and wide, just a little bit, almost like breasts lay when a girl is on her back. But not all the way. I think it is the perfect balance so that when she is upright, her breasts look nice, but when she lays on her back, they also look natural. Too many dolls have pointy breasts that point to the ceiling when they lay back!
My doll has hollow breasts. If they were gel filled, I can imagine how they would move even more naturally.

Greetings - I just got my own "Miki" Irontech 154 and thought I would add to the thread. Certainly a stunner and I have to agree, having moved her around a bit, I am glad I didn't go for a bigger doll - I want those curves but couldn't move much more. I also am a big fan of the wider and tear-drop shape to the breasts - much more "realistic" in that regard - on such a small doll it would be even more crazy for "torpedo" perkiness.
I found factory pictures of the Irontech 154 H here. Is this exactly the same doll as the one the thread is about? I don't quite get what 'plus' means. In any case, the doll looks great.

Yes that's her. The Plus means larger breasts in this case. To see some more pics of her check out page three of my thread towards the bottom. I have a shoot there, her name is Ami. Her breast are a bit enlarged. She also shows up in some of the later group shoots. I would say this is a good beginner doll or a doll for someone looking for a slightly smaller and lighter doll with a full figure and life-sized presence. She's supposed to be around 75 lbs. but I haven't weighed her. In the group shots you can see how she compares to larger dolls like a WM 170H and WM 168E. And in case you're wondering, she's great in the sack.
