Second time ordering from LDS, excellent communication and knowledge on when the package would be delivered came in clutch. The ordering process is pretty stressful for me so I felt more comfortable returning knowing I could expect the same service as the first time and it held up as true! not much else to say, 10/10.

For pre-purchase questions they were quick to ask the factory and relayed the answer to me right away. The options listed on the website were exactly what the factory offers, sometimes I see other vendors just listing fake options you can't even get. Right before placing the order they even sent me the order sheet that would be going to the factory so I could verify every item on the list was correct. While waiting for production I didn't feel alone because both me and LDS were chatting and saying

My prices are all either the manufacturer minimum listed price, or the minimum required sale price. No tomfoolery with raising listed prices and then offering "discounts" to get to the required manufacturer pricing.
Your order sheet.
We will build out a custom order sheet for your purchase before we send it to the manufacturer. YOU APPROVE THIS, NOT ME. This way there are no post order issues.
