Let me answer the questions in reverse order as it’s more in line with my priorities in shopping around.
What is important to you about your doll?
LHP. To me, nothing ruins a doll more than having LHP not anatomically placed correctly. It is the first thing I look for before purchasing a doll.

Runner up is physique. I’m a sucker for a small waist and a small yet plump butt. Not much into big girls and big breasts. Angel Kiss, JK, 6YE, and WM often make models that fit my criteria. I also have my eye on XYcolo’s 157cm Cherry.

Which manufacturer has the greatest choice when configuring?
Right now I think it’s Irontech. They have more options to configure the doll the way you want. Hard hands, hard feet, regular gel and softer gel implants, robotic movements, head suction, a good selection of ROS heads, and many other choices.

Which manufacturer has the best accessories for you?
Hard to say. Accessories is not my priority.

Which manufacturer has the best details for you?
This one isn’t easy as different manufacturers excel in different aspects of detail. For instance, I like the facial detail from Starpery, FanReal, Zelex and Game Lady, however body painting quality is kind of evenly spread among many manufacturers.

Which manufacturer has the most realistic dolls for you?
Most realistic? I would say Irontech’s Real Lady line or FanReal. I’m not attracted to those shapes of bodies, but they resemble the most common curves on women out there.

The most realistic doll (body shape) I owned was JY’s 170cm. I loved that body though the arms were a bit thin, but the poor LHP and flimsy wire finger articulation was terrible. In the end, I had to disassemble and discard her.

Now for the subject line question,
What is your favorite doll brand?
When I started buying dolls, it was 6YE. Many of their dolls have proper or near proper LHP as well as have the kind of hips, waists, and butts I’m attracted to. But lately they’ve been slacking on innovation. They lack in a wide variety of ROS heads, no improvements to their materials while S-TPE is the new thing going around, arms are still thin and not proportionally thick enough for the rest of the body, and they only introduce 1 or 2 new dolls a year.

As of now, I don’t particularly have a favorite manufacturer, maybe Irontech because of their variety in options? But I only own one of their models they recently released. If they made some dolls that resemble a 6YE 158A or WM 160A with great LHP, I would buy it from Irontech because of the extra options they have. Sadly that’s not the type of models they have been making lately. If Angel Kiss had the robotics option and soft flexible silicone, they might get some purchases from me.
JY 170cm C-Cup - Platinum TPE - solid breasts
6YE 158cm A-Cup - TPE - hollow breasts
6YE 150cm B-Cup - TPE -gel breasts
Amor 168cm E-Cup - TPE - gel breasts
Starpery 171cm D-Cup - Silicone - reduced weight -gel breasts - gel butt - ROS head Hedy & Rozanne https://dollforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=171076
Irontech 167cm -Ultra Soft Silicone- automatic BJ - gel butt - ROS head S1 & S18 https://dollforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=177801

I think we need to break this down to priorities.

Big top-level breakdown is photography vs physical experience.

Then from there, break it down further: physical experience for sex, or just touch? Then breasts vs butt? And on and on we go.

My current favorites are Elsa Babe and Climax Doll, just for their looks and durability. I also have a soft spot in my heart for Teddy Babes, as that was my first doll.

I cannot mention the brand-name here, because the powers-that-be here so staunchly worship the money that their sponsoring manufacturers/vendors give them and feel that even the mere factual mention of a "non-approved" (read: non-paying) brand, even in a non-promotional or advertising manner (i.e.: just identifying what a particular doll is) is a direct threat to those who pay them. I get that you have to be loyal to those that help pay the bills, but please stop calling this place "The world's definitive resource on love dolls and erotic dolls for adults since 2001," since a definitive resource/authority on anything would not discourage and/or exclude mention of such a brand-name.

On a separate note, I like your Wunderpuppen website and the fact that you also carry my favorite brand. It shouldn't be too difficult for you to figure out what it is without me mentioning it here. :)

Isabella Maria, the 5'5" Latina beauty 🔥doll that brightens my life and we give a middle-finger to those that don't make her feel welcome here simply because her heritage. Shame on you!

Very eloquently put. I’ve always been a supporter of forum admin and of the finances needed to keep this resource alive - but Rule 1a is now being enforced to extreme levels. It’s become a total catch-all to create the online equivalent of a cartel protection racket. Just my opinion.

In the extensive and absorbing doll universe, I feel an especial attraction to a specific galaxy.
I cannot mention my favorite brand explicitly, too, for the same reason; however, I think I found a way to mention it here implicitly :)
Masha TPE 162cm 96-64-114 50kg from Galaxy Doll
Kimiko TPE 106cm 54-33-60 13.4kg from Fmetadoll
Nameless TPE 55cm 6kg torso from Unknown

Thanks and well-put by you, too.

That is really a great description ("cartel protection racket"). Much like when people in a society come under dictatorial, imperial rule.

Which manufacturer has the most realistic dolls for you?
- people generally say Gynoid doll or Fanreal is the most realistic

Which manufacturer has the best details for you?
- XT doll has the most useful features available in my opinion

Which manufacturer has the best accessories for you?
- XT doll

Which manufacturer has the greatest choice when configuring?
- XT doll

What is important to you about your doll?
- I have a few dolls. I like my Zelex SLE because of the way she feels and looks. My Yearndoll is surprisingly softer than the SLE with the default skin, but the hands are too soft so i take extra care to protect them. My Irontech had an accident but when she was still here I loved the shape of her body. Now, I have an XT doll on the way, and I can't wait to use the interactive feedback legs feature. After researching XT doll, I'm convinced they are the best brand for making sex dolls. XT doll puts a lot of effort into making dolls good for play because their focus on quality of life things (examples: zero thrust vagina, anti poking fingers, weight reduction, etc..) and great customer service.
Currently own:
Yearndoll 162cm H cup with extreme weight reduction silicone
XTdoll 160cm H cup silicone
Fudoll 165cm F cup silicone (ordered)
Lovenestle Vanessa BBW silicone
Zelex 166cm K cup SLE

previously owned:
Irontech 160cm H cup silicone

Which manufacturer has the most realistic dolls for you?
Not sure, my first doll is a FanReal but I don't have a lot of IRL options to compare her with.
Looking at pictures they seem to be at the higher end of the realism spectrum.

Which manufacturer has the best details for you?
Same as above.

Which manufacturer has the best accessories for you?
Not really interested in accessoires. I think.

What is important to you about your doll?
Mainly the face, hair. How she looks. Body is important but not the deciding distinguishable thing as all manufacturers offer nice bodies. Oral option is mandatory but will suffice on a second head.
Probably also longevity, so her skin won't peel off or she will not break her skeleton the first five years.
Oh before I forget: feet that fit normal shoes, I will never buy a tiny feet (<23 cm) doll that only fits children's shoes .

What is your favorite doll brand?
FanReal for now. If I had enough space for more I would definitely pick a gorgeous Elsa Babe as my second girl. I almost ordered one.
Why the small feet on dolls? so you can't find decent shoes?
Please make them at least 23+ cm or size 6 (US)/size 36 (EU). Much appreciated!
