Zelex 167CM replacement experience

Few months ago, i ordered a Zelex 167CM and after a week or so i found that the neck joint/nut or bolt is loose, which makes her not able to keep her heads up,and will always fall downwards. the doll also has another defect at the thigh area below the butt, where it has a dent when in sitting position and after awhile it created a hole, this happened on both side of the legs as time goes by and eventhough i tried using silpoxy, another hole is formed on the side of it, so there was no fix to this. At first i thought it was my own fault, i only put her on my ottoman, I have since been seeing a few post regarding holes formed on the same area, and other areas of the doll.
This is not isolated to only Zelex but other brands too. but in this case i have seen and read, Zelex is the one who take ownership of their products and give the best customer service possible, and did not try to push blame onto something else.

I contacted my vendor LoveDoll Senpai on discord with picture and videos and he responded quickly to let me know that he will send the information to Zelex immediately. Zelex then responded back to say that they will send me a replacement since there was no fix to the neck. and also to my surprise, they asked me if i wanted my replacement to be the newest Ultra Soft Silicone version , mine was the Inspiration series few months before Ultrasoft came out. I also kindly asked them if i can have my replacement in tan without expecting them to say yes, but they came back with a respond of Yes, so that made my day.

Customer Service 10/10
Long story short I am very happy about the customer service provided by the vendor, who has been nice all the way through, and is easy to get in touch with when needed.
I often buy accessories from LoveDoll Senpai as well, clothes, wigs, cleaning douche/enigma for the inserts, or if you want something that you dont see on his website you can ask him and he will try to help find it.
I definitely will recommend him as a vendor and also a one stop shop for your dolls needs.

Zelex too provided great customer service and took ownership of their products, and for this they have already won me as a future customer.


Since I was getting a replacement body, i custom ordered new head with them a few days later to be shipped together with the replacement. My full review of it will be in a new post to follow in zelex thread, but i will summarize it below

My doll arrived approx 3 weeks later with no issues, had to go pickup at a UPS store.

Body and feel
my previous doll is white and latest inspiration series, few months before this Ultra Soft Version came out
The feel of the body is alot better, 8X better. you can see veins on the elbow,and other places too. wrist is ball jointed which is new, you can see bone structure like on the ankle, ribcage on the back, venus dimple etc,all these enhances the realism even more. they have much more improvement to do on the seamlines though.

Boobs
I think they found the correct formula for the boobs, it is 100% match to a real women, you dont feel like there is gel, or empty or just sponge. It feels like you are squeezing a real boob. it also jiggles close to a real person.
If you put on tight fitting clothes on her, the boobs will follow the shape of it, such as push up bra etc.


Butt
No one has found the correct formula for this yet, this may be the toughest part to mimic a real person, you can feel that there is gel in it, like a flat ass girl who got some who went in to get some brazillian butt lift injection. It does feel close in realism though.

Thigh/stomach area
Soft, like how you see in the promotional video, 8X better than previous inspiration. I dont have the SLE so i cant compare.


Vagina/Insert
I wish that they can come up with a better looking labia, there are so much more prettier shape out there.the insert is 10X softer than the previous version, and they are very close to real human feel. they need 1 more iterations to finally get it to perfection. Only thing that is not realistic is the inside of the insert,texture that looks like full of big goosebumps, im guessing they let us pick the textures too, and this is the default.

Zelex comes up with new improvements once every few months, and im impressed with what they have came up with, they are only few iterations shy of it having the full feel of a real life human, and realism

Congratulations on successfully upgrading your beloved companion! Zelex’s customer service is always outstanding. I believe the Ultra Soft Series is definitely worth the investment. They feature the same detailed body painting as the Inspiration Series but are 10% softer than the SLE Series, making them even more appealing for those seeking intimate companionship!

Moreover, I think occasional material testing hiccups are inevitable with continuous product iterations and innovations. Only through bold attempts can we achieve unexpected progress and rewards. In short, I have full confidence in Zelex. They are not only a trustworthy brand but also a partner with limitless growth potential!

This certainly isn't the first story about Zelex immediately stepping up to the plate and taking care of their customer. They seem to stand apart from almost all others in this regard, and are pretty much becoming an object lesson in how to win a customer's business - and then keep it. Others should watch and learn.

Zelex has shown time and time again that within reason they try to make things right. They've always been super responsive with their communication and take a proactive method to supporting their product. It's one of the many reasons why I love selling for them.
