Realdoll Amputation Questions

She has become too heavy for me to lift around anymore and the arm pits/arms are starting to tear... the calves have also started to tear too... but the head, chest and mid section down to her mid-thighs is still great! So I'm wanting to do some surgery to take arms and mid-thigh down off the doll.. She is a Realdoll from the 2012 era made with the "Tin" silicone/latex... does anyone have some great suggestions? Tools needed? Thanks in advance!!
