166k shoe size?

I originally got some shoes based on the centimeter measurements online, Clearly, that was wrong. And anyone know the shoe size for a 166K?

I have size 5 shoes for mine. She could probably fit in 4.5 but that's hard to find.

i use 33 in french size,it fit perfect

The Zelex site says she has a 21cm foot.

So fitting wise (especially heels and sandals) she’s a size US4-4.5
Sneakers or other flat & closed toes shoes (and with socks) you can get away with size 5 maybe 5.5US
Dolls feet are also typically rather narrow so it doesn’t hurt to look for narrow sizing along with length.
