The double quote in your post above is not the normal one, looks like you are using a different unicode character.

Just in case someone else is getting what I'm getting with double quotes ... I'm using a Mac (but I'm pretty sure it's for any computer) and this is actually a feature in Settings -> Keyboard to use "smart quotes".
