EXP Skeleton Hand Repair

The thumb and pinky finger on right hand of my SLE 166K have detached from the EXP articulated hand wrist plate. There are little to no pictures online showing the architecture of the hand. Are they able to just pop back into the wrist plate?

Trying to avoid performing investigative surgery on how they disconnected.

I did reach out to my vendor. They are inquiring with Zelex on the issue. Here is a video of the problem with the fingers currently detached from the wrist plate base.

Response from Zelex via my vendor:

"Loose or broken finger bones are difficult to repair and require specialized welding tools.
Damaged parts can be repaired if cut open and welded. But it will leave a repair scar."

I may perform surgery to see how the connections failed. What is best to seal cuts in SLE? I see Loctite glue mentioned frequently, any other binding agents recommended?
