Squirting's the easy bit; have a look at ejaculating dildos for inspiration, in fact you could use the bulb and tube from one of them to setup a basic squirting mechanism, although you'd have to trigger the squirt by giving the bulb a good squeeze.

The automatic part's going to be tricky, you'll need some way of applying pressure to the bulb, then after determining what should trigger that mechanism building it in such a way that it doesn't sound like some dodgy fairground attraction.

If you have a removable pussy, you might be able to fit something, like a bulb mentioned earlier, and have it connected to the pussy so that every thrust forces out liquid.

I have a "trick" to simulate squirting. It's cheap and you only need::

1.- Water balloons
2.- A douche bulb

Instructions:

1.- Fill the douche bulb with water and try to AVOID getting any air inside (that's important).
2.- Take a water balloon and place it into the plastic tip nozzle of the bulb.
3.- Lay your doll on a bed, spread her legs and apply some lubricant into the vagina.
4.- Insert the bulb with the water balloon into the vagina
5.- Use your fingers to hold the balloon against the bulb nozzle, so it doesn't escape when you fill it with water.
6.- That's the "tricky part": once the balloon get some water you have to remove the douche BUT you have to *maintain the presure in the douche* so it doesn't absorb the water that is inside the balloon.
7.- And finally: remove the nozzle, holding the ballon neck with your fingers and just twist the lip/bead a couple of times so it stays closed.
* You don't have to tie the balloon inside the vagina (that would be very difficult).

IMO the "cool" thing about this method is that you don't know when the baloon is going to release the water.
So you can use your finger for rubing the genitalia, or introduce your loving rod into the vagina, until the balloon open and release the water.

PD: Practice twisting the balloon lip, so you can get a feeling of how it stays closed. And put some towels under the vagina just in case the balloon explodes/break, or the douche release the water
