Posting Photos

How do I post photos? I used the photo icon and pasted the location of the photo from either FB or my Microsoft cloud photo storage and neither will post. Do they have to be within a certain size and type of file? Thanks. I searched FAQ and nothing.

The URL inside the img tags must be a link to the image, not to a page showing the image.
I do not use FB or Microsoft cloud so don't know if they offer a direct link to an image.
Feel free to upload your images as attachment.

Thanks for the helpful response. I came here wondering the same thing (how to post images). I don't have any of my images posted anywhere, so no image URL. I am new to the forum -- It seems there should be an "image attachment" icon that I'm not seeing. Perhaps this is enabled when I have enough time or posts in the forum?

EDIT: Aha! I see that when I create a new reply, at the BOTTOM there is a button called ATTACHMENTS. This tells me how to attach a pic (for anyone else who is trying to figure this out).
