My idea was NOT that this Russian guy ships his dolls to Abyss. I was thinking that Abyss could connect with him on the materials, design, and technology.

My other point is that maybe Abyss could at least learn from the Russian guy how to create a website for your dolls.

That would be great. My preference would be to buy from a US doll maker. RealDoll would get my money if they could offer videos and photos like the ones that Russian guy did!

Well, they need to find a better revenue stream, than what they had. Robotics is the future with AI integration. I think when they release the new app AI, you will get onboard. If they can keep the price point close to what they have now, there is no one out there that could touch them for beautiful AI companion. And dont forget, one that you can have sex with..

I would venture to guess that the robot stuff is going to head in a different direction than the straight-up sex dolls, it seems like they have plans to scale it up to include service and entertainment robots, and that could be the moneymaker. There isn't a whole more that can be done to sex robots at the moment without risking either damage, or extremely high prices. The Chinese dolls have a whole bunch of integrated movements and whatnot inside, but they're also very noisy and prone to breaking down. Like, it would be awesome to be able to have a doll to take home that can squirm around, move their hands and fingers, thrust, suck, etc, but the technology isn't there yet.

EXACTLY! They have to go to the highest possible revenue stream. And sex dolls are not that, unfortunately for us. I do believe they will continue with the sex dolls and robots. But the bigger market is going to be the PG-13 robots that are sold to the corps that are looking for AI representation. I see a lot of great innovations filtering down to the X rated product, but its going to take awhile.

Well, they are in financial transition right now. Thats why I am thinking end of Q1 25' for some clear direction on all their products. The fact that they are cleaning up backlogs and refunds, is a very positive direction right now. They seem to be putting out the big fires to focus on direction. This is actually Acquisition 101 in business. This is very positive for us..

I think, a gameplan for Abyss has to include inventions to make them stand out. Simple dolls will always be produced cheaper somewhere else. The same problem, Automakers have actually. In my view, dolls has an easier path due to robotics and AI. the US is an AI powerhouse. Use this advantage to get ahead of the doll industry. Robotics can be done by chinese as well. Sophisticated AI is where the US can shine. WIth apps there may be a nice revenue stream at the horizon. Easily scalable and not cost intensive.

I am curious where Abyss path leads in future.
