A thought:

Since there are threads detailing how to use a hairdryer to soften the material on blow-up dolls so that they expand even more upon additional inflation, it might be worth it to buy multiples of a cheap doll and conduct timed experiments with a hairdryer.

How many seconds on low and high settings does it take to safely soften the breasts and ass so that they reach similar (or bigger!) proportions?

Once there is solid data, and a process that can be safely replicated, there is no more need to go to that seller anymore.

Any brave souls want to give it a try?

Yes, you can blow up vinyl dolls into some incredible shapes. But latex dolls are probably the dolls that come closest to a female shape but they are much softer.

From what I have read in this and other forums. This seller didn't deliver on most of his orders and kept on coming and going by posting videos and changing his contact info.

I suppose him being the last person to offer a latex doll and an unusual one that was chubby attracted a lot of interest. Unfortunately, he took advantage of that and a lot of people lost their money. And yet some did receive their doll, some of them many months later.

As you can see below a heat stretched vinyl doll is very different in shape to a curvy latex one.

The only fat vinyl doll with curves I have found is this modified one.

Those dolls are not made of latex but spread on silicone on to vinyl doll body.

Well whatever they are made of they look epic. The seller described them as latex dolls, the posters here describe them as latex dolls and every thread about them is posted in the latex doll section. For that reason I can only refer to them as latex dolls.

If you can heat stretch a PVC doll without burning holes or ripping seams, you can easily do the rest.
Wrap the stretched doll with a band of some stretchy fabric, pump her more to make sure it holds tightly and spend few hours rubbing silicone deeply into the fabric. You may need some pins to make it hold, however.
Let it dry, remove pins and cover it with a final smooth layer. Let it dry again.
Love tunnels are usually made inside out and connected together on a final stage. Remember you can always fix any errors, just cut, sew and cover with silicone again (one big cut is needed anyway, in order to remove the heat-stretched PVC base from your doll and to sew love tunnels inside the doll).

Actually, I wonder why no one (including me lol) haven't posted their dolls yet, it's way too easy to make. With some sewing skills, it's even possible to make accurate body parts, not just wrap overlapping turns of a stretchy fabric band over her gorgeous curves.

And as fabric I'd like to use a catsuit, but I can't find one with cannon boobs...

I've used Henkel for a small test envelope. Not exactly this one but very similar (can't google it now). It worked well.

I've found that ancient tests: viewtopic.php?p=1104541#p1104541
Without the PVC doll base, it didn't work well. But you can practice on some balloons or watermelons first, to avoid damaging the heat-stretched doll.
