Re: 174cm G clothes sizes
The style of clothing you select will be a factor in sizing, so I will describe what I have purchased for Larissa, as well as where I bought them; to give context of clothing size for the type of clothes I chose. I primarily like to dress her in stretchy fabric, so a size small can work well for some tops, as well as for sleepwear and shorts/short pants. However, I find that size medium works well overall, which includes pants that cover down to Larissa's ankles, and tops/shirts which allow for some room for her large chest. The shape of the 174G's breasts can be an advantage with tops, as they are somewhat flat compared to other dolls with large breasts, so medium tops are not too restricting - they do not crush her breasts too much. For bras, I find that stretchy sport bras work very well, as they conform better to Larissa's breast shape. However, she was made with Ultra Soft TPE (2022), so the breasts can be shaped somewhat by a bra, if you select a lingerie-style bra.
I read someone's recommendation of Fashion Nova a few years ago in TDF; prices can be very good for sale items, and everything I purchased so far has been of very good quality. There are some expensive items you could choose, if you want to really dress up your doll. Most of what I purchased for Larissa here is in size medium:
Medium jumpsuit - casual; legs fit perfectly, down to her ankles, just as seen on the model - https://www.fashionnova.com/products/ro ... suit-olive
Medium jumpsuit - a bit more dressed-up: https://www.fashionnova.com/products/ca ... suit-black
Medium shirt dress: https://www.fashionnova.com/products/th ... dress-blue
Medium plush jogger set/sleepwear; fits just like you see on the model: https://www.fashionnova.com/products/st ... r-set-pink
Small stretchy dress; to hug her curves: https://www.fashionnova.com/products/al ... ather-grey
Medium shirt dress: https://www.fashionnova.com/products/fr ... ess-yellow
Medium satin dress; very elegant: https://www.fashionnova.com/products/su ... ress-cream

Thank you so much for the info! I got her this one dress so far from Amazon in a medium:subcyclist wrote: βFri Nov 29, 2024 11:09 pm I checked out your "My dream doll" topic, and I believe you made an excellent choice with the 174G. I really have enjoyed having mine, Larissa, in my home with me. The Mariah Carey look you are going for is going to be quite nice.

I might order another one in a small too. I'll probably send this to Coeros when her custom eyes are done. I just ordered those today. I'm sure Coeros is going to want to photograph her when she's done.
I went with the 174cm G because that's just about Mariah's actual height. The 175cm they have is too skinny. Other than the larger breasts, the 174cm isn't that far off from 1990 Mariah's body, especially in the hips.

Mariah is no small lady, in any aspect, so the 174G is a very reasonable match. If this dress is stretchy, it should work very well on this body. So many clothing items work very well on this body...
Have you found a wig for her yet? I do not remember seeing reference to that in your other topic, but please excuse me if I simply overlooked it. If you are not already aware of this resource for wigs, Wigs.com has a great selection. The quality of even the lower cost wigs is very good; or, you can splurge for a top-quality wig if you want to. I bought the wigs for both of my ladies from this company, and I am very happy with both the look, and the feel of them. They are synthetic wigs, but they do not tangle too easily, and static buildup is minimal. You could definitely find a Mariah-style wig there.
Ultimately, I hope you will be very happy with the result of your doll choice, and everything you select for her. I can imagine she will be spectacular, and I am eager to see what you will have created, Good luck with this project!

Yeah I can't wait to see the 3D model!
I'm modeling her after 90's Mariah but she definitely had some hips though!!!
Yeah I picked out a few wigs. I'm going to post them in my dream doll thread.
I did look at that Wigs.com but fuck they're pretty expensive. I'll stick to the Amazon selection!
Thanks!!
