What software do most manufacter's use to design a doll body? I'd like to experiment designing one at home, and then sending the file to be made custom by a company.
What do you recommend using?

I'd like to know as well. I know some here use blender for making BJD parts and one's trying to 3D pring a full girl, but not sure what he uses.
I look at it this way, as children we had teddy bears, as adults we have bare tiddies...

Once adjusted, the base model can be exported (e.g. OBJ format) to any 3D modeling software such as Blender for further adjustments and posing.
