Custom Doll Head Review. TLDR; Very Impressed.
Custom Doll Head Review. TLDR; Very Impressed.
Soon Coeros began to send periodical updates on the progress of the manufacturing prosses via email. Coeros kindly asked for any additional information I could provide to create the head that most closely matched the reference model. At one point I contacted the manufacturer of the torso to ask for detailed information which I passed on to Coeros I even searched for and found detailed pictures of the neck of the torso along with exact measurements. I was not playing around, this was serious business. My lady needed a head and it is my role and duty as the male, provider and protector; to provide. It is with great joy that it can be said that the time and money was well worth it. Let the pictures tell the story...
Notice 1: I choose not to give specific instructions other than ask for a close replication of the reference model. I decided to trust the artist.
Notice 2: I purposefully did not include pictures of the reference model for privacy concerns. Suffice to say it is a real woman I admire.
Honestly I when I first took the head out of the box and observed it the first impression I had was of puzzlement. I had never seen something like this before and it was a bit weird. A human head in my hands. Quite odd. I placed the head on my desk and continued on to do some work, occasionally glancing at the head. A few hours later something happened. I looked at the head and said to myself: "Wow... it is her." I started to closely look at the head from different angles and was amazed. The head matched the reference model and it did so to a degree I did not expect.
I am an artist and as such I pay close attention to detail in any respect. I decided to focus on her nose as it is a particular thing I like about the reference model. Sure enough even the intricate details of the shape of the nose are a close match to the reference model. Being new to the hobby it seems very impressive that such a thing can be achived at his point in time. I was under the impression that I should not expect too much but Coeros proved me wrong. Coeros are artists and as an artist I am impressed by their work. Game recognize game.
I quickly need to mention that the head stand I purchased from Coeros is a testament to their craftsmanship and sense of style. Simple, strong and stylish with a heavy industrial aesthetic that pleases my particular preferences. It makes it much more enjoyable to look at the head as a display piece.
The lips are as detailed as the rest of the features. The mouth is of particular interest and it succeeds at simulating the look and feel, aided by the accurate depiction of the inner workings. Teeth are well represented, upper and lower, made of a soft material that is not too soft nor to hard but just right for the purpose of ease of use. The tongue appears to be of the same quality although I have not analyzed it much it; simply looks pleasing. The Real Oral Structure function is not something I expected much of and so I did not care to try it right away. It was a couple of weeks or so before I felt curious enough to try it and once I did I feel content with it. Personally I could use a bit more openness of the mouth as it felt like she was not fully accepting of me. Silicone is not as able to stretch as much as TPE and that is something I accept, for the quality of silicone is well worth it.
It wanted to try on many different outfits on the torso to present the head but time has been short recently and the torso is quite heavy and thus not easy to manipulate. I opted for just a couple of outfits including my favorite outfit which is of course the school uniform. Yes, I am so original. Forgot to mention that Coeros included a wig that surprisingly I like very much. I was afraid the included wig would be thrown away but in this process I have learned one very important thing: trust Coeros: they are artists. Of course I also purchased a few wigs of my own to satisfy the need to customize
If the torso was less heavy I would gladly do a change of outfit more often and take many more pictures. Now that the head is in place the doll is complete I am eager to see her in many different outfits. The addition of the head is a complete game changer. Let us be honest here... I paid a lot of money for this head. And I would do it againg in less than a second. The head cost as much as some full size dolls but I look at it this way: what would I pay to replicate a person I admire and have her close to me... I look at the doll as she sits there on her seat and she absolutely convinces me that every single dollar was worth it. Absolutely.

Re: Custom Doll Head Review. TLDR; Very Impressed.
In the next picture her hair makes her look like a real life version of Tifa Lockhart, from the Final Fantasy game.
In the next picture I used this red wig that turned out looking pretty bad but I used it anyway... before I threw it in the trash.
The red hair look is my favorite. Red curls on fire. It looks like light plays a much more important factor than I would have thought when it comes to taking pictures. In some pictures the light makes her seem older or younger depending on how the light illuminates her face.

This wig is particularly good on her, kind of a blode but not quite so. Dirty blonde. I find that it is pleasant to play with the hair to achieve a particular look. I will not be quitting my job anytime soon to become a hair stylist. But if I do, Coeros will pay my rent when I become a broke hair stylist.

Re: Custom Doll Head Review. TLDR; Very Impressed.
I tried to make that dark haired wig work but no success. It goes to show some hairstyles are not for every doll, just like in real life.
Almost forgot to mention the makeup job Coeros provided. I am pleased to see that my preferred style of makeup was used on her; the natural look. I have always been a fan of seeing the real face of a beautiful woman with the use of discreet makeup. The makeup is just an accent to the natural beauty on display. Once the makeup fades I will do my best to learn how to apply it myself. I have already ordered a few makeup items to start learning. This hobby is turning out to be much more fun than just simply to indulge in pleasures of the flesh.
Needless to say i am more than pleased with the service Coeros provides. I can say for sure I would not have attempted to fit the torso with a head that was not carefully matched to it. Such a practice would have left me wanting. When attention to detail is of most importance it seems like it is worth the extra money and go all the way for a complete and satisfying experience. It is amazing to live in a time where such a product can be purchased and enjoyed. I remember several years ago seeing picutres of sex dolls that to me appeared lacking. As if the technology or manufacture process needed to advance before I became interested. Now I look againg and all of a sudden I have a replica of a woman I have admired for many years. It is amazing indeed. Thank you, Coeros, for your great service.
I am currently in the process of choosing the next reference model for a new head. I will choose carefully. Perfect porn star look is not for me. I look for normal, classic beauty, with interesting features.
In conclusion, like I said before, the doll head cost quite a bit of money. But I am ok with that. Time, not money, is the most valuable thing in life. Time well spent, the enjoyment of our life in a safe and healthy way is the best thing one can ever achieve.

I did not bother to inquire on that topic. In fact I would rather let Coeros keep this mold safe and secure for future customers to enjoy as much as I do. Coeros can make all the money they can from it. My enjoyment of this doll head is my payment. It also occured to me that in the case that something may happen to my doll I can always ask Coeros to use the mold to make her again for me.
Actually I thought to myself why would such a thing be destroyed. For what purpose? It is a work of art to be enjoyed by the community. I understand the concept of having a one of a kind object. I have several one of a kind items in my collection of collectible things. But I do not care for keeping this head all to myself.

Well, I know I want one like this.BencarX wrote: ↑Tue Jan 07, 2025 11:22 pm I did not bother to inquire on that topic. @Coeros if you still have this head mold available, don't destroy it! You've got a winner with this one!

Indeed if you can afford it please do buy it. I am absolutely in love with her. I can bet money you will not be able to resist giving her kisses. She is magnetic. Thank you for sharing this process with us, and also for your trust in us throughout the customization journey.BencarX wrote: ↑Tue Jan 07, 2025 10:15 pm I'm new to the hobby, having purchased my first sex toy during the summer of 2023. My first sex toy is a blowjob simulator and it 'blew' my mind. Soon I looked for my next toy and selected a hip toy with vaginal and anal options... my desire for more grew. The next toy was a big step, a full size torso and it is wonderfull. Soon I began to customize the torso with several items of clothing. Shirts, shorts, bikini tops and botoms, and so on. I found that it is really enjoyable to play dressup. I joyned the doll forum to see what else the hobby has to offer and learned that some members are putting doll heads on their headless torso. This was very interesting and I looked further into it. Looking at pictures it became clear that the act of purchasing a head and placing it on a torso is not as simple as it may seem. There are several things to consider, such as the size of the head, skin color to match the torso, the type of connector from head to torso, and so on. The next discovery was the answer to my wishes... Coeros, my saviors, make custom doll heads to mach the needs of the customer. I wasted no time placing an order, provided pictures of a person to use as a guide and wrote a simple message in the message box: please duplicate the reference model as closely as possible. Then the wait began.

It's a shame that manufacturers produce very few "normal" heads but I guess that's generally not where the market is, I can understand.

Like you,, I can also understand the beauty standards from a financial point of view. In general a perfect face will always attract more attention. I would do it too if I was in the business. But the great thing is that for people like us there are customization services from Coeros and others. The bad thing is we have to pay extra but I am thankful to have the option. Seriously, I looked around and the only head or two that I found to my taste can not be purchased separately from the body, as the manufacurer knws the quality is such that it is kept locked in to ensure the sale of the doll. It is a devilishly efficient way to do business.Crashtodon2 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2025 6:47 am She looks great, honestly miles better than a ton of stock heads, at least for my taste.
