Was gonna wait til the 2 month mark, but received a emao yesterday saying that it's shipped and on its way

So now a new kind of waiting starts... kinda like when you reaaally need to pee, and finally after a long drive and fast walk put the keys in the door.

Ordered mine on the 28th of September,
production started 1st of October,
doll was finished (email with factory photos for confirmation) 28th of November... Almost 2 months production time! Ouch!
Shipped 2nd of December, (normal shipping)
Been waiting since for the "Holy Grail" message from UPS saying they've received the package

btw, there should be a way of tracking the freight train that the doll is on... I have no idea if the train has arrived in Europe yet.

Damn, which brand was that? Sounds like a long wait but you're almost there, I'm sure she'll be worth it! If she's been shipped 2nd december then reasonably she should be arriving this month, right? Shipping hopefully shouldn't take longer than 2 months

Shipping was probably the cheapest at 35-45 days. Then after UPS takes a few more days over, so yeah hopefully close to Feb expectations!

Has anyone else noticed poor communication with vendors after the money has been received? I have. I'm patient, understanding and easy to please. But, I had to message one vendor in order to get a tracking number, (weeks after it shipped), and found out the method of shipping was by boat. Maybe that's why they made me reach out to them. I also had a question about it transferring to another shipping company, because the one that shipped it by boat doesn't move packages within the US.

Another vendor, approved the doll without notifying me, and also didn't let me know she was completed. This is my first doll with them, so, maybe this is standard with them.That same vendor hasn't reached out to my with a tracking number yet, though I know the doll has shipped.

Now, it might be a fluke because of the holidays and maybe a lot of orders came in, making them miss emails and fall behind in communication. In any case, I'm waiting and counting the number of times I need to reach out in order to get an update i should receive without asking. I've never been one to write a review, but there is at least two coming. One of them a vendor review, which is so far positive (why I am writing one), but I'm waiting, seeing how everything goes.

I'm eager to receive these two dolls, because all three of the dolls I have ordered in the past 3 months have been STPE. And I'm eager to compare SMdoll's STPE with WMdoll.

So far my vendor (SxDolled) has always been very quick to reply to any inquiries after I ordered my doll, so I'd say it depends on the vendor. I have yet to receive factory pictures and tracking though, so I'll let you know how that goes when I get there.

Yep!

Almost all of them. Very chatty to get your money and to lock in that order, but once the money is received... woah, communication suddenly... stops, or becomes much less. Always the same excuse too "sorry, my inbox is flooded with emails, I'm very busy" hmmm... not busy to get that money tho :haha4:

I mean, I only got one doll, but once I paid them, they kept communicating until I got the doll, and then followed up when I received it. Seemed like a normal transaction.

Well, I've dealt with two vendors and one manufacturer in three months over three different dolls. I'll be reviewing all of them. Waiting to receive two dolls and I'll post them all. As of this moment, i can only recommend one vendor, Booty Call Dolls. I expect to add one more vendor to that list soon as i receive the doll.
