Shein Clothing

Post by Mreman72 »

I placed an order for these three outfits last Sunday with Shein, all for less than $20, including shipping. The order arrived on Friday. It appears Shein has a well stocked warehouse in the U.S. It usually takes about a week and a half from China. Most of their clothing is well made of good fabric, plenty of reviews with pictures and sizing information. I'm not being compensated for this, but I should as much as I've ordered from them.

I liked their selection and prices. It can be tough finding clothing in the sizes most dolls can wear. The downside is the unending e-mail spam you get from them afterwards.

Shein is an excellent source for doll clothes, look carefully at sizes though.
A plus is that if they don't fit you can usually return it. Check the listing before you buy to confirm as some intimate things such are no return items.

They also have some of the more ...er... club or wild girl outfits if you are in to that.
The only warning is to test darker items first and if necessary remove the excess dye. Many posts on that.

Cheers!

That garment in the third photo caught my eye. Do you have a link to it on Shein?

Have any of you had staining issues? I mean, it's a risk with anything but...

My Isabella loves SHEIN. She has wigs, clothing and accessories (glasses, ring, necklaces) from there. She's always wanting to shop there (and Amazon, our other go-to place).

We give a middle-finger to those that don't make her feel welcome here simply because of her heritage. Shame![/i]

I think we all have experienced staining issues. Wash, wash, wash and wash again

Better wash everything you get from them three times before you put it on your doll, or else the zit cream will have to come out to cure the stains.

Body stockings are going to be a game changer for you and your doll.

I've found that red and black have the most excess dye from Shein (and others).

If you can see the numbers in the tabs, Madison has a fair amount of stuff from Shein. With a body stocking on her, I don't worry about staining and that's great, because Madison's a deep winter palette, so dark, rich colours are her thing.

SHEIN is great for cheap accessories as well, and as above user said friendly returns. Have to wash clothes though to avoid staining..or Cloths light in colour like whites

Shein is also a good source for affordable and decent quality cosmetic glasses if anyone is into that. I couldn't find the types that I wanted at reasonable prices anywhere else.
