Is this standard softness of the breast or ultrasoft? And is it a 148 L or M?

It is 148cm body with M breasts size. No matter you choose standard silicone or ultra-soft silicone, the breasts part of the silicone doll are same soft. Our dolls are jelly boobs by default, the breasts are really soft and comfortable.
