Reception of the coeros sofa.

Hello.

I received a Coeros sofa so that I could put a doll on it, well protected, the communication was very good with the support, the order was placed quickly and was extremely well packaged, the sofa arrives in kit form to assemble yourself.

It only took me 10 minutes in total to assemble the trunk, everything is provided, including a screwdriver, except batteries for the card reader to unlock the trunk lock, you will need four batteries to put in before closing the trunk especially!

The finish remains good and the final result is very good, knowing that I also use the trunk to place dolls on it in order to take photos.

Let's discuss the positive and negative sides now.

+ (Positive)
-Good rendering
-Very well packaged package
-Coeros service attentive
-Very fast assembly
-The boards are well adjusted

- (Negative)
-Some holes were not completely drilled
-The foam should be much thicker
-No instructions in English, the flashcode did not work
-The cover may fall, it could now be by a jack or support
-No protection to place the doll in the trunk

I would think that I'd want to get a thick (3") memory foam liner in there, so as to prevent the doll from getting a flat ass from being in there for any considerable lengths of time.

I thought about the same thing my friend, maybe they can offer different types of interior storage. mattress, foam, or other.

We’ve also considered this and will be upgrading the couch by adding memory foam or firm foam inside to better protect the doll.

Glad you got yours, I placed an order for one on Feb 10th, a 768 dollar one and I just got my tracking and who even knows what it says. I inquired about them making a custom head for me and the communication was great, on this order it's been non existent. Hopefully mine gets here sometime.

Your sofa is currently in transit. According to the logistics information, the freight forwarder received the sofa on February 24th, and it cleared customs for export from China on March 3rd. Typically, it takes 25-35 days for delivery after this stage.

That's kind of crappy my order said the large item would be 25-35 days, it's been 30+ now your telling me 25-35 MORE. you may want to adjust your timetable on your sales order forms.

I have confirmed with the logistics team, and I apologize for the incorrect information I previously provided due to my oversight. The statement I gave you, "25-35 days after export from Chinese customs on March 5th," was incorrect. The timetable on our sales order is accurate—the delivery time for large items refers to the total time from when the item is shipped to when you receive it, which is 25-35 days.

Upon reviewing your order again, we found that your order was created on February 10th, but the freight forwarder did not receive the goods until February 24th. This delay was due to the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday, which caused a delay in the production of the sofa and subsequently delayed our shipment.

I sincerely apologize for the extended wait and hope you receive your sofa soon. Once again, I offer my sincere apologies for my mistake.

Yes, I'm happy to have received it, and it was quite fast! Actually, it mostly depends on customs, who sometimes hold up packages for no reason, because mine was perfect and arrived easily. Good luck.
