Hello from America! Inquiry about Joints

Howdy yall!

I'm new to this site and boy do I have lots of questions.

For starters, does anyone know if there is a way to restore the joints.
Some of the joints in my doll have gone slack, one of them being the knee.

Incidentally, my doll can no longer stand properly on her own.
Any advice from the doll pros would be welcome
