Looks to me like the breasts aren't actually lower, but the upper chest and arms raised by adding additional material. Are you saying the breasts are physically lower with Cougar tits? That is, closer to the waist than standard? Hope not. That may throw off what I had planned.

I don't think the upper chest and arms are raised by adding additional material, and to keep the breasts from hanging too low, you should choose the Taller Doll Waist option.
That's also why Robert suggests a 3-inch adjustment for small bodies, versus 4 inches for taller ones.
But to be sure, you'd have to ask him.

Carmelina and Giorgina have the same body dimensions.
On my dolls, Giorgina has the Low Tits option and Carmelina has the Cougar Tits option.
You can clearly see that Carmelina's waist appears shorter.

Which can also be seen in the photos of Catalina on page 1 (one with the Cougar Tits option and one without the option).

Glad you think so! Finding that more natural placement really makes a difference in the overall look. It’s those subtle tweaks that bring the character to life.

Ah, you're right. I see it now. The extra material sort of just rocks the breasts downward. I did the same thing with all my Valentinas, but in a different way. For some reason, I thought the extra material went all the way around the back. Oh well, looks like M3GAN will be 3 inches shorter than I thought. I didn't get the longer waist, but I did have Robert give her longer thighs and ankles. So what I'm planning may still work.

Oh, I'll work it out. I was planning to re-shape her a bit anyway and hopefully the longer legs will be enough to facilitate the standing mod I have in mind.

We've been rehabbing an old outbuilding on our property, so I haven't had much time for this project, but it rained today so I got back to it. Not a lot of progress to report, just doing some more prep work on her head. Repaired miscellaneous shipping damage and cut the mouth opening and reshaped the nose to look more like movie M3GAN. Not very difficult, just tedious and time consuming, as the head is fairly fragile at this stage. Also measured and marked where the neck stump will be cut off. We're getting there.

Spent half a day sawing, cutting, filing, gouging, sanding and hacking away everything that wasn't M3GAN. Spent the other half enhancing,
shaping and sculpting everything that was.

Starting to look a lot like movie Meg's facial structure.

Afterward I lined and reinforced the neck cavity I carved yesterday, then did the same for the eye sockets and mouth cavity.

Managed to get her outer layer of skin on tonight. Man, what a pain in the wazoo that was! Barely had enough fabric and that velour VG uses doesn't have a lot of give to it. Luckily, I was able to keep all the seams and folds underneath where they won't show and on top where they'll be hidden by her wig.
