Not a brand i would buy from. They refuse to sell heads separately. You must show a receipt for a full doll to order a head.

I was interested at one time in one of their heads, but with that business practice, no thanks. My business goes elsewhere.

TOP-CYDOLL can sell single heads to new customers. But they do not provide customized skin color service. Customers need to choose the skin color from TOP-CYDOLL skin colors.

I think this doll maker is in the league with Gynoid definitely up there in the running for the best. Of course I don’t own one as of yet, so all the LHP, skeleton movements, and softness etc. I can’t speak to yet. But from what I’ve seen, and the reviews members have done, I’m highly impressed. Their sculpts are just crazy, the doll sizes are right where we like them 168 176 etc. I’m just really looking at them. On my list they caught my eye!!!!!

I don't blame them, actually. They obviously put a ton of work into their doll heads, which likely act as loss-leaders for the sales of full dolls. Lots of people are happy to help companies lose money, but successful companies know that if a customer wants you to lose money by selling to them, you're better off letting them walk away.

Last price i saw on the doll head was $795. I doubt it is a loss leader.

I am not a fan of their bodies.

Rui is the head i was interested in.

Well you have to concede TC are not alone in refusing to sell heads to people who have not purchased full dolls. If they are not losing money, the margins may be so narrow as to not make it worth their time. In any event, companies are free to set their own rules around the sale of their products. Don't like it? Pound sand.

For the most part I agree with you about the bodies, though the 176cm is sexy, just too heavy for me. Keep waiting for them to release a body that ticks all the boxes. So far, no sale...

Yes i concede they are not alone limiting their heads and i did basically pound sand. They are certainly within their rights to only sell heads for their bodies.

They probably dont need my business as well. I think all their bodies are thick and too busty. And the Rui thick body, the LHP looks off as well.

Not my cup of tea. But i admit their faces are stunning and beautiful.

It’s true that a lot of brands set similar limits when it comes to head and body pairings, and not every style is going to be a good match for everyone’s taste. I agree, their faces really are beautifully sculpted, even if the body options don’t appeal to you. It’s all about finding the right fit, and there are definitely other makers out there with different proportions and more flexibility. Appreciate your honest take!
