And wow… I was not disappointed. I ordered her with two heads (Naomi and Mizuki). The head used in this review is Naomi, and I named the doll Claire. I’ll do another photoshoot later with the Mizuki head. Keep in mind that my pictures are never edited in any way. What you see is what you get, no tricks here. Only a small logo is added in the corner.
Ordering and shipping
I ordered her through DollPimp, who I thought was putting in a lot of effort to become one of the big players on the forum. They were very responsive, always answered within a few hours, and were patient, precise and polite. These dolls are expensive and are a major investment to the customers, and I think that Dollpimp realized that early. This is a very professional team!

I really liked the interaction with them, even though we had a tiny glitch near the end. I placed the order on November 25 and got delivery on January 7, which is exactly six weeks. This turnaround is surprisingly fast for a custom-design doll.
Here is her configuration:
Skin: Natural
Head type: ROS
Heads: Naomi and Mizuki
Painting: Realistic painting (head and body)
Skeleton: EVO, normal joints
Breasts: Gel
Areola size: The third one (on the dollpimp site)
Areola and vagina color: Light brown
Butt: Gel
Lip color: The first one (on the Dollpimp site)
Eye color: Brown
Eyebrows: Implanted
Eyelashes: Glued
Hands: Hard articulated with finger caps
Feet: Non-standing
Nails: French on both
Pubic hair: The first thin stripe (on the Dollpimp site)
I also asked Lusandy to paint three small moles on the body and add freckles to the Naomi head. I did have a weird glitch with DollPimp, which isn’t a big deal in the end. In the manufacturer’s picture I received, the doll had little skin moles painted on her, but on the doll I received, the moles were not present. In short, I didn’t receive the exact doll I approved. In the end, it’s fine since the doll is perfect (aside from the missing moles), so I’ll give DollPimp a break. My theory is that they probably discovered an issue with the doll while packing and sent me another one with the same configuration, but forgot to repaint the moles. They likely did it to ship her within a reasonable timeframe. But again, it’s alright. The doll is perfect. You’ll see a few moles in the pictures, but those are ones I added with makeup.
Lusandy’s packing is very impressive. The neck and feet are boxed in strong foam blocks, protecting both ends if the shipper stands the box upright. They use wood panels in key areas to reinforce the box, and they also use three layers of molded foam that keep the doll completely immobilized inside. I was impressed by the overall packing quality.
Size and weight
You’ll agree with me that this bundle of joy has some meat on her bones. She’s voluptuous and feels full. Putting your hands on her is pure pleasure.
Lusandy uses a foam core to reduce weight. As technology evolves, this is the first silicone doll I’ve owned where the foam doesn’t feel too invasive. Her body is a nice mix of soft and firm in the right areas, and nothing feels overly hard or out of place. That said, she isn’t light: 83 pounds (with the head attached, gel breasts, and gel butt). But having a doll this busty without weight reduction would easily put her over 100 pounds.
So for me, 83 pounds (37.7 kg) is a very acceptable result for such a busty little gal.
Silicone and body painting
The silicone is very soft to the touch, and the vaginal cavity is even softer. The seam lines are mostly invisible, or only lightly visible in some areas. Over the years, manufacturers have become very good at this. In short, the seam lines aren’t nearly as intrusive as they used to be.
The body painting is very subtle and less aggressive than some other manufacturers. I think Lusandy could push a little harder on that side. Don’t get me wrong, the doll is well painted and looks great, but I’ve seen higher-end work in this area. One advantage, though, is that as the paint fades with use, it will be less obvious to the eye.
One of the things I loved about the 159 is that the silicone doesn’t shine like my other silicone dolls. I’ve been told Lusandy applies a matte finish to kill that shine. For someone who really enjoys taking pictures, this feature is a blessing. To achieve maximum softness and that silky skin feel, you’ll need to powder her. I know some people say they never powder their silicone dolls, but I personally enjoy top silkiness, and powdering is the only way to achieve it.
Skeleton
The Lusandy skeleton has all the bells and whistles of the EVO skeleton. On top of that, it has double-jointed elbows and knees, which is a feature I adore. This is the first doll I’ve owned with double-jointed articulation, and it dramatically increases the range of motion. I don’t think I’ll ever order a doll without that feature again. These joints are a must have for high end dolls!
Head
Both heads are ROS, and the mouth design is quite impressive: a soft tongue that flics, soft teeth, and a well-designed throat. The corners of her mouth are on the thin side, which makes me a bit nervous, but only time will tell how the silicone holds up after some well-deserved BJ. I’ll keep you guys posted.
Like many other ROS heads, her expression changes as you open her mouth. The head doesn’t deform when penetrated, and her eyes widen a bit when opening her mouth, which makes her change her expression and look nasty as hell. I really like this head.
Lusandy uses a very simple rectangle half cup eye system. I was a bit disappointed at first, but after a long day of taking pictures, it turns out to be the easiest system to use. I am used to the spring-loaded cartridge eyes many manufacturers have used over the last few years, but that mechanism often has issues (spring jams or difficulty positioning the eyes precisely). This simpler design just works. Sometimes, simpler is better.
Also her eyes also have little veins, which is a nice realistic touch.
Arms and legs
No toothpick legs on this chick to save on weight. Look at these chunky calves and sexy thighs. They’re dreamy.
Hands and feet
It’s possible to get toe bones with your Lusandy doll, and I did order her that way. However, the one I received didn’t have them. It’s fine, DollPimp told me before shipping, and we worked something out.
In the end, I think I actually prefer the toes without bones. Even without them, the toes aren’t floppy since they’re made of harder silicone. I also have another doll with toe bones, and over the years it becomes difficult to keep them straight. They tend to twist in weird ways. That won’t be a problem with Claire.
The hands are small, sexy and delicate. The fingerbones can be moved easily and are set just at the correct strength to have a good grip, without the struggle of the positioning. I was also surprised to see that the demarcation between soft and hard silicon near the hand and feet is mostly invisible. Very well done! I did notice that this line will show up a bit when turning the wrist, but that's it.
Breasts
How can I describe it… wait… heaven.
Claire has gel breasts, and my god, the sculpt and feel are out of this world. I will never get tired of these. They are extremely soft, feel full, and jiggle the same way as a real woman. I’m very impressed by the design.
Butt
Same goes for the butt. She has gel butt, and a full one. I mean, look at those cheeks. This is the first silicone doll I’ve owned that gives a satisfying “SMAAAACCKKK” when slapped instead of the usual “THHUUMMMPP” sound of a foam-filled ass.
Lusandy’s design here is impressive. Finally, an ass that feels closer to a STPE one.
Vagina and anus
Claire has the extra-soft vagina, and it definitely feels that way. She feels smooth, soft, and tight down there, exactly what we all want.
The LHP isn’t bad, but both the vagina and anus could be moved about an inch toward the back of the doll. Also, the lips aren’t as detailed as on some of my other dolls. That said, I suspect this simpler design may be more reliable in the long run, since the lips won’t be in direct contact with the penis during use (which can cause wear and tear over time). Again, I’ll keep you guys posted on reliability over the next few months.
The design seems to be aimed at balancing aesthetics and durability. I don’t intend to use the anus on her. In my experience with silicone, the thin layer around the anus can tear easily. I’m not saying it will happen to her, but I won’t risk it. If any of you back-alley invaders are using this model that way, please let us know how it’s holding up.
Sex
If you last more than a minute with her, you’re a hero. This doll is built for serious business. Claire is the first silicone doll I’ve enjoyed as much as a TPE doll in that department. Silicone dolls are getting very good at this, something that wasn’t true not so long ago.
At 83 pounds, she isn’t the easiest to move around, but once positioned, that little angel will blow your mind. She feels super soft, she jiggles like a queen, and the double-jointed skeleton opened up new positions for me.
I haven’t tried the ROS head yet, but I’ll keep you pervs posted for sure.
Constructive criticism
I’m very happy with the purchase, but as an owner of many dolls, here is my constructive feedback for Lusandy to consider.
1. Watch out for switching dolls after approval photos. It worked out fine for me, but another scenario could have turned south quickly.
2. Push harder on body painting. Yours is good, but not at the level expected for a higher-end doll like the Lusandy.
3. The M16 connectors are fine but consider a connector option that provides a more flexible neck.

4. The breasts are extremely soft and dreamy. As a next step, consider experimenting with water-based or light gel bag designs, as other manufacturers have done (I won’t name names to respect forum rules). Nothing is wrong with your current design. I’m simply pointing to the next evolution.
5. The LHP could be adjusted (about an inch toward the back).
6. The weight could be reduced further, but please don’t sacrifice softness. She’s perfect as-is.
7. You guys should be the first manufacturers to redesign your eyes and allow pupils to be interchangeable (a little bit like the mannequinfan eyes). Your design does works, but changing the eyes will cause tear to the head in the longer term.
8. You should offer different vagina orifice diameters. My dick is average size and she feels tight and fine, but I would be curious to see if a guy hanged like a moose would be able to use her at his satisfaction.
9. With the next iteration of your skeleton, have the wrist rotation at the elbow (like a real human). I had a doll with that design and it completely kills the wrist skin twisted effect.
Conclusion
The Lusandy 159G deserves Babel’s two thumbs up. She’s sexy, sturdy, and very well built. Her matte finish and heavenly body make her a perfect model for my camera, and I expect her to rock my nights.
If she holds up and proves reliable over the next few months, you guys may have developed a classic synthetic gal right here.
Great job, Lusandy!!! I’m impressed.
