Hi there,sorry about the late reply. It should mean the finger skeleton which makes the doll's finger can do different posing. And yes, all 70cm series products have the finger skeleton.

Yup, Mai's head can fit Louis' body, they got the same standard connection structure. Louis' body is slightly bustier than Mai.
