Thanks for pointing this out.
Our Hand Skeleton 3.0 is designed to fit perfectly in the human hand.
So when dealing with dolls, the palm bends with that in mind.
If we humans can't do palm bending, please don't use it on dolls either.
Based on the photos you provided, we found that your doll's palm is misaligned.
Please hurry up and help her to restore the misalignment according to the video.
After this, she will be happier to accompany you.

You can bend her hands, it's just when you turn the hand toward or away from the body that it twists up.

Okay, so here's the deal, this is clearly a consequence of the ball joint articulation that allows for 360-degree movement, causing the material to stretch beyond a natural position. A real wrist doesn't have those movements. I suggest keeping it simple by showing people the right way to move the wrists, maybe with some nice visuals, to help them understand how it should move without deforming. Alternatively, you could consider taking the longer route and redesigning it so that future wrist movements are limited to those of the forearm, as other brands do. Personally, I'd get rid of the ball joint altogether. It's not really necessary to have a ball joint there since human wrists aren't built for sideways action. Just my two cents; I hope it's not taken the wrong way. WM is one of the leading brands, you're gonna exceed expectations, I have no doubt about it.

Thank you for providing this picture. It fixed the issue. In the future, include this picture with instructions when a V3 doll is sent out. For 4 months I was told that I must have broken my doll, that the issue was "my fault." Two months later, I was sent a video that told me the wrist issue could be fixed if I cut into the TP and tightened some bolts. Then I was told I just had to live with it. It has been a frustrating and stressful 4 months, but I am now happy that Rei's replacement body is fixed.

We're happy for you and Rei too.
We'll take your suggestion and include a V3 manual for our dolls in the future.

I think this hand/wrist video and skeleton diagram needs to be added to the YL and WM stickies page!
