You could negotiate for a smaller half of the garage and build your closet there. Though, that could be the subject of confiscation.

What size is your wife and is she selling anything cute?
I'm a size small in American measurements, but I can wear a medium in a pinch.

my wife is dress/pant size 6 (although it is tight on her recently), shoe size 6, shirts: medium/6. she's 5'4" or 162.5 cm tall.
