Luckily I just got a new Dremel 3000 today originally for a totally different purpose. Also I have been considering learning the art of welding for a while now, I just need some money (just spent it all on buying the doll lol) to buy the appropriate equipment with.

In the mean time I shall try a bit of epoxy glue and see what happens

Once again I cannot thank you guys enough for you help.
your welcome Trigger. My Idea was one that RGC mentioned while i was drafting up pics. So we were on the same trail, as far as a hurried concocted repair. But the main details are there.

as mentioned, you may can just get a head adapter quick connect that uses a bracket if the hole is not too large where it broke out.

Gentlemen, she's fixed! :D

I did pretty much what RainKing suggested. It sounded like the easiest option. I "Dremeled" the hole in the head where the nut originally was, took some kinda plate or washer, drilled out the hole bigger, drilled out 4 holes 90 degrees apart near the edge, used epoxy to the bond nut to the plate, screwed the plate to the head with nut inside the head and finally I used a generous application of epoxy to the plate edge and head as an extra measure. Results: happy Jenna and happy Trigger :D Pic below
That epoxy is some pretty tuff stuff

Holding up just fine thanks. I'm very pleased with the results and even she is saying her neck doesn't hurt as much now.
