How to remove a sleeve?

Hi all.
Virgin post here. I do not (yet) have a doll but I did just purchase my very first sex toy. It's the FPPR. Vagina Masturbator;basically a pocket pussy inside of a hard case. On the opposit side of the pussy is apparently a small opening with on it a sticket labeled "vacuum control."
Now what I am not sure about is how I should go and clean it. Is it correct I need to remove the sticker and then shake the casing to get the sleeve/pussy out? Also when I have cleaned it, dried it and put it back in, how do I prevent it from falling out of the casing while I am using it?
