In my 20's I could lift bout 250 lbs. I'm not as "dedicated" to lifting as I was back then but can still lift between 175-190.
As for Doll dead weight, I'm sure I could bridal carry her easy, but over my head may take a herculean effort

70kg. in a doll must be a very big problem in our little Euro houses, her hips almost can't pass thru the door of my room.
When i received my doll i was thinking "30kg. is a joke", but the first time i moved her i realized that was so much different from my barbell with weights. That weight surrounded by soft "skin" it's much more hard to control without fear of damage her.
Nobody can compare a Deadlift with this, at least in Bodybuilding always you have a safe grip.

Bend at the knees and not the waist. You seriously have to practice proper lifting procedures to be moving 150lbs of dead weight. I have a WM156B and she’s maneuverable, but still a bit on the heavy side.
