by far the most realistic photo I've seen,
Maybe longer hair to cover the thick "unnatural" neck and nails could do the job.

I find that I don’t require a doll to emulate an actual human.
To me a beautiful doll is a beautiful doll, and I find beautiful dolls very attractive.
