Team San hui,
We get a lot of requests from people because you do make beautiful dolls.
We understand when a new model comes out, there can be issues, right?
Have you resolved them with your new skeleton?
If some one in the USA decides they want a SH and get her from a vendor and she arrives damaged, how would this situation be resolved.
Would she need to be sent back to China.
You are more than welcome to post under this thread.

Just butting in here...but you seem to have an issue with this. This is actually pretty common business practice by most businesses to want the item back. Not seeing the problem.

Manufacturers don't pay shipping for this. Shipping to China is a few hundred dollars depending on the size of the doll.

Maviarab,
Actually, Zone, Doll4ever, WM, YL, SM do this , so this be true....
So far when there was an issue the person is sent a new doll and the vendor sells the old doll.
This does NOT mean that the others are right, and SH is wrong, news is news.
And The last time this issue came up, it was $500 to send a 168 SH back.
$200 I would have done it in a heart beat.
But if the issues have been resolved that would be great.

One could argue that is the chance you have to take when buying something from the other side of the world. Have to accept and cater for all eventualities.

But..I hope you get your issues with them sorted as they are a fantastic brand.

Maviarab,
That is why I am reaching out to them so when people ask me about getting a San Hui, I can help them instead of what I am doing now.
Best,
Jeff

Considering the fact that SH has not even opened my PM from late November or replied back to any emails, I trust it will be along time before we hear something or anything at all.

Jeff: Saw this right after I PMed you. I should add that I PMed them over a week ago, they read it, and never responded. I even created a thread in their forum and linked to it in the PM but no response.

This doesn't seem like a good practice to have during a sale period, especially when Sanhui's sale period is ending in a few days but their main competitor (Z-One) will continue to have their sale until Christmas. At this rate, they're going to lose potential customers to their competitor due to lack of responsiveness.

I will get to the point....
I get replied from DS within minutes
I get replied from JM and Zone fast, but not as.
I rarely get replies from SH.
They are the only PS MFR that when I order a doll, I get from another reputable source.
So I do not have waste my time WAITING on answers.
