Fantastic customer service (live chat)

The reason why i write this topic is to share with you guy my experience with sexxdolls.com
So the story is that i didn't fill the correct billing address so my order didn't go through (they don't have paypal so i pay with MasterCard) but my card still shown as being charge(pending).
I contact them via live chat on their website( sometime they are not online so it will not show on the website) and surprisingly, Elizabeth reply within minute. She was being very patient with all of my question (im first time buyer) and she explain to me that it is not charged as it still pending and it will return the money to me back very soon ( she send a screenshot showing that).
Overall, my experience with them is very postive and i recommended them with you guys.
