Unfortunately that weight of 43.5 kilos is too much of the good, to be able to handle it well at least for me. Then I prefer to choose the 166cm.

In comparison, the 5ft7 174cm doll is heavier than the 5ft3 166cm doll not only because she 4" taller, she also has larger proportions overall. Both are amazingly beautiful dolls, the 166cm C-cup has a more toned "hard-body" physique, while the 174cm B-cup has a toned, but more life-size physique. (Also big puffy nipples and labia). If the additional 23lbs of the 174cm is more than you can handle, then you'd probably find the 166cm a better option for you.
