I think it's the fact that they are flesh coloured that is bothersome.
They are not quite panties and are not quite skin.
Turning them into coloured panties might be kind of cute.

No idea. This is not a sex doll. Just a standard 1/6 scale made to move Barb, turned into a sort of BJD Phican.

Again, it's not a sex doll and hasn't been modified as such, just a standard Barb from Mattel's Made to Move series I modified to give a more realistic appearance. The Made to Moves come in standard, tall and chubby models. All about 1/6 scale. Been out for a few years now. Minus the mods of course.
