Sili Doll

I ordered a Sili 100cm doll from Sili Doll's site last Sunday (2/10/19), received a confirmation from Paypal that $799 had been sent to Belsinco@gmail.com, but have not received any type of confirmation or tracking number for my order. Their site lists one 100cm doll in stock and available for shipment. Has anyone else had problems with this company?

Apologies for our delay in sharing the tracking with you. We have been overwhelmed in the past days in processing the orders received during the Chinese New Year break but everything is back to normal now.

The Fedex tracking has been shared with you. Thanks for tracking the parcel on Fedex.com, the parcel should arrive by mid of next week.

To all: please learn about out Guaranteed delivery with duties paid & customs cleared. If the parcel does not reach its destination eventually, we refund you.
